These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickBrew kiosks, the QuickBrew web/mobile app, and the loyalty wallet (together, the "Service"), operated from Kigali, Rwanda. By joining the loyalty program, creating an account, or using a QuickBrew kiosk, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

QuickBrew kiosks dispense custom-mixed beverages priced per gram of ingredient dispensed. The member app and wallet let you save mix presets, track loyalty tier progress, and pay for drinks using a prepaid wallet balance in addition to card and mobile-money options available at the kiosk itself.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a member account or wallet. If you are between 16 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Your Account & PIN

Signing up requires a phone number, which acts as your account identifier, and a wallet PIN, which authorizes payments and protects your balance. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use — see Contact below.

4. Wallet & Payments

Wallet top-ups are processed through third-party payment gateways (card and mobile-money providers). Funds loaded to your wallet are intended for purchases at QuickBrew kiosks and, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law, are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person's account. Prices are calculated per gram of ingredient dispensed and may vary by kiosk location, promotion, or your loyalty tier discount.

5. Loyalty Membership

Joining the loyalty program is free. Tiers, discounts, and free-cup allowances are based on lifetime spend and may change over time; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes to tier benefits in advance.

6. Acceptable Use

• Don't attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or interfere with kiosk hardware or software.
• Don't use the Service to defraud QuickBrew, other members, or payment providers.
• Don't share your account or PIN with others, or attempt to access another member's account.

7. Kiosk Use & Liability

Kiosks dispense hot liquids and moving mechanical parts — use them as directed on-screen and keep clear of dispensing nozzles while a drink is being made. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickBrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of a kiosk or the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (including in relation to death, personal injury, or fraud).

8. Suspension & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us; see your rights in the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll ask existing self-service members to re-accept the updated Terms the next time they sign in. Continued use of the Service after a non-material change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
